Describes the core conditions that apply when using Meerkat Bot, the docs site, and the analytics dashboard.

These terms apply to Meerkat Bot, the docs site, the analytics dashboard, and related web features.
2. Service Description
- Discord server activity tracking and analytics
- Web dashboards for visualizing server data
- Configuration management, inquiries, documentation, and patch notes
3. User Responsibilities
- You must use the service in compliance with applicable law and Discord policies
- You must not attempt to access servers or data without authorization
- You must not abuse the service, interfere with operations, or generate excessive requests
- Features requiring administrator permissions should only be used by properly authorized users
4. Accounts and Access
Some web features may require Discord login or verification of server permissions.
Users are responsible for their own account access and server permission configuration.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Attacking, reverse engineering, bypassing, or otherwise attempting to compromise the service or its infrastructure
- Trying to retrieve data or server information without authorization
- Generating spam, abuse, or excessive automated traffic
- Using the service for illegal, infringing, or harmful activity
6. Service Changes and Availability
Meerkat may add, change, suspend, or remove features as part of normal development, maintenance, or incident response.
Beta or experimental features may change without advance notice.
7. Data and Content
Users must have the necessary rights to any content or configuration they submit through the service.
The operator may process such data as needed to provide the service and resolve issues.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided on a continuing-improvement basis and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every particular purpose.
Some features may be affected by Discord policy changes, third-party API changes, or infrastructure failures outside the operator's direct control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
